Army installs new heads to 2 key positions

FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – Army installs new chiefs of office to two key positions on September 4, 2017.

Army Chief of Staff Major General Robert M Arevalo led the change of chief of office ceremony for the Army Chief Ordnance and Chemical Service (ACOCS) and Army Real Estate Office (AREO) held at the Headquarters, Philippine Army Conference Room.


Col. Rogelio D. Ulanday has been appointed as ACOCS and Col. Emmanuel Anthony V. Ramos was appointed as the chief of AREO.


Prior to his post, Ulanday was the Commanding Officer of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Battalion, Army Support Command (ASCOM). He also served as the Operations Officer of the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations (OG3), ASCOM and as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Munition Control Center. Ulanday replaced Col. Theodore L. Dizon who retired last September 3
On the other hand, Ramos worked as the Deputy of the 51st Engineer Brigade before he was assigned to his new post. He also served as the Platoon Leader of the 1st Platoon, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, of the 23rd Infantry Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, PA. He replaced Col. Ramon Evan T. Ruiz who assumed as the Acting Commander of the 53rd Engineer Brigade on August 23, 2017.
