AFP Chief Lauds 27th IB

The AFP Chief of Staff, General Gregorio Pio P Catapang Jr, lauds the Army's 27th Infantry Battalion led by Ltcol Shalimar Imperial for successfully protecting the people against the attack perpetrated by NPA bandits in Bgy Nomoh, Maasim town, Sarangani Province today (November 4).

Three NPA bandits were killed while nine high-powered firearms were recovered in the said encounter.

Lt Gen Aurelio Baladad, the EASTMINCOM Commander has vowed to pursue the armed bandits who are sowing terror in the countryside. He also partnered with various stakeholders to support the development of the depressed areas in his area of responsibility.
