New People’s Army (NPA) in Sitio Moto, Barangay Poblacion in Loreto town last April 13, 2013. PDG Purisima gave PO2 Ronald Muñez and PO1 Lemuel España a brand-new 9mm Glock pistols. PDG Purisima said that he was impressed by the bravery of the two policemen.
