(SMEE) held last 26 to 30 April 2018 at Headquarters, Training and
Doctrine Command, Philippine Army, Camp Leopoldo O’Donnell, Capas
Tarlac.
The SMEE is a part of the PH-US Army to Army Training
Activity “Salaknib” 2018 between the United States Army Pacific Command
(USARPAC) and the Philippine Army. This aims to enhance the knowledge
and leadership and staff competencies of Philippine Army First
Sergeants. #
